RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN TERRACE AVENUE AND KINGSLEY COURT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the underground and surface improvements, which
include water main, storm sewer, curb and gutter, asphalt
pavement, sidewalk, street lights and parkway in Terrace
Avenue and Kingsley Court .
