RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE CERTAIN UNDERGROUND IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE WOODBRIDGE NORTH TOWNHOMES - PHASE I AND IIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance certain underground improvements, which include
water main and sanitary sewer in the Woodbridge North
Townhomes - Phase I and IIA.
