RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
TANK INDUSTRY CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR REPAIRS TO THE 1 . 0 MILLION
GALLON RESERVOIR AT THE RIVERSIDE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement on behalf of the
City of Elgin with Tank Industry Consultants, Inc. for repairs
to the 1 . 0 million gallon reservoir at the Riverside Water
Treatment Plant, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference .
