RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Anne E. Lapinski be and is hereby appointed as
a member of the Elgin Image Advisory Commission for a term to
expire May 1, 2002 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Stephen O. Hart be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Elgin Heritage Commission
to fulfill the unexpired term of Caroline Burchfield, for a
term to expire May 1, 2000 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Burton Friedman be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Hemmens Advisory Board to
fulfill the unexpired term of Paul Patterson, for a term to
expire May 1, 2000 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Douglas Scheflow be and is
hereby retained as a member of the Parks and Recreation
notwithstanding such member ' s previous failure to meet minimum
attendance requirements .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that M. Genevieve Dolan be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board
to fulfill the unexpired term of Marti Moorman, for a term to
expire May 1, 2000 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Tom Krebsbach be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Zoning and Subdivision
Hearing Board to fulfill the unexpired term of Reggie Stephens
Cox, for a term to expire July 1, 2001 .
