RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE OFF-SITE WATER MAIN AND
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS OF NORTHWEST CORPORATE PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the off-site water main and sanitary sewer
improvements of Northwest Corporate Park.
