RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
BLACK AND VEATCH CORPORATION FOR THE
RIVERSIDE WATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed
to execute Amendment No. 5 to Agreement for Engineering
Services on behalf of the City of Elgin with Black and Veatch
Corporation for the Riverside Water Treatment Plant Expansion,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
