RESOLUTION
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR 2650 BIG TIMBER ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the preliminary plat for
Chicago White Metal Castings, Inc. , comprised of the following
components :
1 . Preliminary Plan (Sheet CWM-2A) prepared by Richard
Borvansky Inc. Architects, dated Rev. November 2 , 1999 .
2 . Preliminary Plan (Sheet CWM-7 ) prepared by Richard
Borvansky Inc. Architects, dated Rev. November 2, 1999 .
3 . Preliminary Plat of Subdivision of C.W.M. Subdivision,
Unit 1 (Sheet CWM-4 ) prepared by Hagensee Surveying, LLC,
dated Rev. November 2, 1999 .
4 . Phase One Utility Plan (Sheet CWM-5) prepared by Gary A,
Wiss, Incorporated, dated Rev. November 2 , 1999 .
The approval granted by this resolution is tentative in
nature, involving the general acceptability of the layout as
submitted, and shall not qualify the plat for recording.
Application for final approval shall be made not later than
one year after the date of this resolution and must be
supported by such drawings, specifications and monetary
assurance as may be necessary to demonstrate compliance with
applicable statutes and ordinances.
