RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A RELEASE OF A
STORM SEWER ACCESS EASEMENT
( School District U-46 )
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Release of a Storm Sewer Easement for the property legally
described as follows :
A 15 foot wide storm sewer easement over a part
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 41
North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian
the center line of said Easement described as
follows : Commencing at the intersection of the west
line of said Southeast Quarter with the center line
of Wing Street, extended Westerly; thence
Southeasterly, along said Westerly extension and
center line of Wing Street, a distance of 457 . 88 feet
for the point of beginning of the center line of said
15 foot Easement; thence Northerly, along a line that
forms a clockwise angle of 75 degrees 53 minutes 00
second with the last described course, a distance
159 . 72 feet; thence Northwesterly along a line that
forms a clockwise angle of 146 degrees 21 minutes 18
seconds with the last described course, a distance of
394 . 70; thence Northwesterly along a line that forms
a clockwise angle 172 degrees 00 minute 00 second
with the last described course, a distance of 253
feet more or less to the center line of Tyler Creek
for the terminus of said center line of said 15 foot
wide easement . Being situated in the City of Elgin,
Kane County, Illinois .
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
