RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH RAKOW ENTERPRISES, INC.
(Fox Bluff Corporate Center)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Rakow Enterprises, Inc . , for the sale of Lots 25, 26 and 27 of
the Fox Bluff Corporate Center, Elgin, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
