BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Hagensee Surveying, L.L.C. dated August 13, 1998 and
revised September 14, 1998 for Fox Ridge Townhomes.
