RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN VALLEY CREEK UNIT 12 SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance
the underground and surface improvements, including storm
sewer, street lights, trees, pavements and sidewalks within the
public right-of-way; and water main and sanitary sewer, in
Valley Creek Unit 12 Subdivision.
