RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN ABROGATION AND
PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT
(Randall Lakes Crossing)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Abrogation and Partial Release of Easement for drainage and
storm water detention purposes over the property legally
described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof .
