RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Wilbert Daniel be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Civil Service Commission to fulfill the unexpired
term of Walter Blalark for a term to expire May 1, 2000 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Thomas M. Flanigan be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Cultural Arts Commission to
fulfill the unexpired term of John Walters for a term to expire
November 1, 1999 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jennifer Lennert be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Elgin Area Convention and
Visitors Bureau for a term to expire December 31, 2000 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that David Jurina be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Elgin Heritage Commission for a
term to expire May 1, 2001 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kyle D. Bault be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Elgin Image Advisory Commission to
fulfill the unexpired term of David Berkey for a term to expire
May 1, 2000 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paul Maring be and is hereby
appointed as Chairman of the Elgin Image Advisory Commission
for a term to expire May 1, 1999 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Nathan Morley be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board for a
term to expire May 1, 2001 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ann Schneck be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board for a
term to expire May 1, 2001 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Douglas Scheflow be and is
hereby appointed as Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Board
for a term to expire May 1, 2000 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Daniel Palmer be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Property Maintenance Board of
Appeals for a term to expire May 1, 2003
