HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-169 Resolution No. 98-169 RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Pat Hudgens be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Building Commission and as chairman of the Building Commission for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John Henrici be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Electrical Committee for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jerry Roberts be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Plumbing Committee for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jim Biewer be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Warm Air Heating Committee for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Edna Krueger be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Civil Service Commission for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Peter Wendt be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Civil Service Commission for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Michael Camacho be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Cultural Arts Commission for a term to expire November 1, 2000 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Charlene Goldman be and is hereby appointed as chairman of the Cultural Arts Commission for a term to expire November 1, 1999 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sandra Kaptain be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Cultural Arts Commission for a term to expire November 1, 2000 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Donald Quillman be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Cultural Arts Commission for a term to expire November 1, 2000 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Allen Anderson be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Economic Development Council for a term to expire December 31, 1999 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Janice R. Musial be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Elgin Area Convention and Visitors Bureau for a term to expire December 31, 1999 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that James Nowicki be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Elgin Area Convention and Visitors Bureau for a term to expire December 31, 1999 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that William C. Chesbrough be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners for a term to expire May 1 , 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Diane M. Longfield be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jeff Rif ken be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners to fulfill the unexpired term of Martin Duffy, for a term to expire May 1, 1999 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mary Taylor be and is hereby retained as a member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet minimum attendance requirements . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dr. Franz G. Stockmann be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Health for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Harriet Ward be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Health for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Edward Whitcomb be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Health for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Marcia Freeman-Larsen be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Elgin Image Advisory Commission for a term to expire May 1, 2001 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John Huss be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Elgin Image Advisory Commission for a term to expire May 1, 2001 .
