RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN WILLIAMSBURG COMMONS SUBDIVISION UNIT 3
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance
the underground and surface improvements, which include storm
sewers, sanitary sewers, water mains, street lights, trees,
pavements and sidewalks in Williamsburg Commons Subdivision
Unit 3 .
