RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF 6 SOUTH GROVE AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Intergovernmental Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Kane County for the purchase of the property commonly known as
6 S. Grove Avenue, Elgin, for $250, 000, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
