RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
( 970 Illinois Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Kassem Bahaji and Naima Bahaji, for the purchase of the
property commonly known as 970 Illinois Avenue, Elgin, for
$74 , 000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
