RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT
( 31W630 BODE ROAD, ELGIN)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby respectively authorized and directed
to execute a written lease agreement with Viola Schramm for the
premises commonly known as 31W630 Bode Road, Elgin, Illinois, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
