RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES
( 300 North Spring Street, Elgin)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert 0. Malm, Interim City Manager, and
Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a real estate sales contract on behalf of
the City of Elgin with Neighborhood Housing Services for the
property commonly known as 300 North Spring Street, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
