RESOLUTION
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS IN THE CONTRACTS
FOR THE ELGIN LAW ENFORCEMENT FACILITY
WHEREAS, the City of Elgin has heretofore entered into
contracts for the design and construction of the Elgin Law
Enforcement Facility; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to modify the
terms of the contracts as described in the change orders
attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Robert 0. Malm, Interim City
Manager, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the following change orders :
