RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Northwest Corner of State Street and Lawrence Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
James N. Runde and Shari Runde, for the property located at
the northwest corner of State Street and Lawrence Avenue,
Elgin, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
