RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND IMPROVEMENTS
IN MILLCREEK TOWNHOMES SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance
the underground improvements, which include water main and
sanitary sewers in Millcreek Townhomes Subdivision.
