RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN HIGHLAND SPRINGS SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance
the water main and sanitary sewer main, and underground and
surface improvements in the public right-of-way in Highland
Springs Subdivision.
