RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF HARRY W. KUHN, INC.
FOR GROUP I AND GROUP II BITUMINOUS PATCHING MIXTURE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert 0. Malm, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to accept the proposal on behalf
of the City of Elgin of Harry W. Kuhn, Inc. , d/b/a R & K
Cartage, Inc. for Group I and Group II bituminous patching
mixture, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
