RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH COLONIAL ENTERPRISES, INC.
(Randall Road and Winhaven Drive)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, be and is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf
of the City of Elgin with Colonial Enterprises, Inc. , for the
property located at Randall Road and Winhaven Drive, Elgin, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
