RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Southwest Corner of State Street and Lawrence Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Andrew D. Danielson, Donna J. Danielson, Robert E . Briscoe and
Jodi L. Briscoe, for the property located at the southwest
corner of State Street and Lawrence Avenue, Elgin, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
