RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH BOWES ROAD PARTNERSHIP
(Fox Bluff Corporate Center)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert 0. Malm, Interim City Manager, and
Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of
the City of Elgin with Bowes Road Partnership, for portions of
Lots 4 and 5 of the Fox Bluff Corporate Center, Elgin, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
