RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
( 67-69 South Grove Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
John P. Schalz and John T. Schalz, for the property commonly
known as 67-69 South Grove Avenue, Elgin, for $18,500 . 00, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
