RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
AMERICAN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF ILLINOIS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert 0. Malm, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with American Property Management
of Illinois, Inc . for the management of the property commonly
known as 501, 503, 505, 507 and 590 Lancaster Court, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
