HomeMy WebLinkAbout97-151 Resolution No. 97-151 RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR OAKWOOD HILLS SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the preliminary plat prepared by Scheflow Engineers dated May 19, 1997 for Oakwood Hills Subdivision Phase 4 . The approval granted by this resolution is tentative in nature, involving the general acceptability of the layout as submitted, and shall not qualify the plat for recording. BACKGROUND Consideration of Petition 15-97 was tabled at the April 9 , 1997 regular meeting of the Elgin City Council . Attached is a request -from the applicant to leave this item on the table until they are prepared to respond to comments from the City Council .
