RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALE CONTRACT
WITH INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENTS INTERNATIONAL, INC.
( 37W295 Big Timber Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sale Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Industrial Developments International, Inc. , for the sale of
the property located at 37W295 Big Timber Road for the sum of
$111 ,000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
