RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALE CONTRACT
WITH MISSNER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
(Lots 25, 26 and 27 of Fox Bluff Corporate Center)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sale Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Missner Development Corporation, for the property known as
Lots 25, 26 and 27 of Fox Bluff Corporate Center, Elgin,
Illinois for $596,599 . 25, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
