RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
GURTMAN AND MURTHA ASSOCIATES FOR A PERFORMANCE
BY RAY PRICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert O. Malm, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Gurtman and Murtha Associates,
for a performance by Ray Price, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
