RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THEATREWORKS/USA
(The Prince and the Pauper)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert 0. Malm, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Theatreworks/USA for
performances of The Prince and the Pauper, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
