RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH THOMAS RAKOW
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Thomas Rakow, for a portion of the vacant property situated in
Lots 5 and 8 in the Fox Bluff Corporate Center, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
