RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
AIR SUPPLY CONCERTS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
1LLINOIS, that Robert O. Malm, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Air Supply Concerts, Inc. ,
Inc . , for a performance by Air Supply, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
