RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN HIGHLAND SPRINGS WEST SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOJS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the underground and surface improvements, which
include storm sewer, streets, sidewalks and lights in and
along Robin Ridge in Highland Springs West Subdivision.
