RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE CONTRACT WITH THE
NADEZHDA PAVLOVA FOUNDATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Performance
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Nadezhda
Pavlova Foundation for a performance of Russian Ballet
Fireworks , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
