RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF BW/IP INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR
PUMP REPAIRS AT THE RIVERSIDE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to accept Option Two of the
proposal of BW/IP International, Inc. on behalf of the City of
Elgin for pump repairs at the Riverside Water Treatment Plant,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
