RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Janice R. Musial be and is hereby appointed as
a member of the Elgin Area Convention and Visitors Bureau for
a term to expire December 31, 1997 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that James Nowicki be and is
hereby reappointed as a member of the Elgin Area Convention
and Visitors Bureau for a term to expire December 31, 1997 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kenneth J. Fritz be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board
to fulfill the unexpired term of Robert Bailey, for a term to
expire May 1, 1996 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Richard DeBoer be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of New
Century Partnership to fulfill the unexpired term of Terry
Dunning, for a term to expire August 1, 1997 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Caesar Kalinowski be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of New
Century Partnership to fulfill the unexpired term of Peggy
Kirby, for a term to expire August 1, 1996 .
