RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(207 Kimball Street and Adjoining Kimball Street Frontage)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Z Investments, for the property commonly known as 207 Kimball
Street and adjoining Kimball Street frontage, Elgin, for
$268,650 . 00, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
