RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH HARTING ELEKTRONIK, INC .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Harting Elektronik, Inc . , for the vacant property situated on
Lots 28, 29 , 30, 31 , 42 and vacated Kelly Circle in the Fox
Bluff Corporate Center, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference.
