RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH CLEMENT J. ACITELLI AND CHARLES ACITELLI , JR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Clement J. Acitelli and Charles Acitelli , Jr. , for the vacant
property situated on Lot 21 in the Fox Bluff Corporate Center,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
