RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
BLACK & VEATCH FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
RIVERSIDE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed
to execute Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement on behalf of the
City of Elgin with Black & Veatch for engineering services for
the expansion of the Riverside Water Treatment Plant, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
