RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN A PORTION OF WOODBRIDGE NORTH UNIT 1 AND
ALL OF WOODBRIDGE NORTH UNIT 2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the underground and surface improvements, which
include water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, streets,
sidewalks, lights in a portion of Woodbridge North Unit 1 and
all of Woodbridge North Unit 2 .
