RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE CONTRACT
(Busse Property for Motorola Access Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with the
Ruth Busse Trust and The First National Bank of Chicago, as
successor trustee of the Edward J. Busse Trust, for the
acquisition of property for the Motorola access road, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
