RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF BADGER METER, INC. FOR THE
AUTOMATIC METER READING SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to accept the proposal on
behalf of the City of Elgin of Badger Meter, Inc. to resolve
the issue of defective batteries powering the automatic meter
reading system, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
