RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO A
REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
( 502 North Grove Avenue and 520 McBride Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Amendment to a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the
City of Elgin with Helmsley, Inc. , for the property commonly
known as 502 North Grove Avenue and 520 McBride Street, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
