RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDED REAL ESTATE SALES
CONTRACT WITH STARRO PRECISION PRODUCTS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed
to execute an Amended Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of
the City of Elgin with Starro Precision Products, Inc . , for
part of Lots 4 and 5, in Fox Bluff Corporate Center, in the
City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois , a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
