BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jason M. Smith be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Hemmens Advisory Board for a term to expire May 1 , 1999 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Richard Burge be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Planning and Development Commission for a term to expire July 1, 1999 .
